Ectomorph: I am slim and have a low body fat (%). I have a fast metabolism and find it hard to gain weight or muscle easily.

Mesomorph: I am naturally muscular and have a modest amount of body fat (%). I am able to gain / lose weight easily.

Endomorph: I am stockier and have a high body fat (%). I am able to build muscle relatively easier but struggle to lose weight/body fat (%).

Overweight - I have a BMI that is 25 or over. I’m at risk for heart disease & diabetes.
